Award-Winning The Turkish Garden Of Paradise!

The Turkish Garden Of Paradise has been awarded with a gold medal and the Best World Garden at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show in London!

The design is made by Nilufer Danis from Lotus Design Studio and sponsored by Turkish Ministry of Culture & Tourism.

What’s up in Town | Jan 6 – 12, 2014

MUSIC | Okay Temiz Oriental Wild

Okay Temiz, percussion master and jazz musician, will take the stage with his Turkish, Sufi, African, and Indian based oriental-jazz band Oriental Wind. The place is Nardiss Jazz Club, and date is Jan 6.

MUSIC | Carmina Burana

German composer Carf Orff’s famous work is at Zorlu Center, Istanbul with the rendition of Istanbul Devlet Opera Balesi. The magical night is on Jan 6, 20.00.

ART | Ahmet Ertegun Photography Exhibition

Creator of the cult like Ray Charles, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, the father of rock music, Atlantic Records founder Ahmet Ertegun’s photography exhibition can be visited until Jan 15 at Cult Istanbul.

ART | 990 Faces

The exhibition organized in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut and Istanbul Photography Museum consists of Hans-Jürgen Raabe’s works continuing in different countries since 2010.

Anish Kapoor in Istanbul!
